Blanda
A 12-inch homemade blanda tortilla rolled with black bean puree, cabbage, cilantro, grilled onions, guacamole, and salsa with your choice of asada, cecina (marinated pork), chorizo, chicken, or barbacoa chicken.

Freshly made corn tortillas stuffed with our traditional Mole amarillo sauce and cilantro with choice of chicken or pork.
Enchiladas
Three (3) corn tortillas rolled with your choice of oregano chicken or cheese, and covered with our traditional Mole Coloradito. Topped with queso fresco, parsley, and onions. Served with a side of rice.
Tlayuda
Our 15-inch roasted tortilla smeared with aciento (pork fat), black bean puree, guacamole, tomatoes, cabbage, salsa, and quesillo (Oaxacan cheese), with your choice of asada, cecina (marinated pork), or chorizo. Can be served flat or folded in half.
Molotes
Three corn masa deep fried packets stuffed with potatoes and chorizo, topped with black beans puree, queso fresco, guacamole, red or green salsa on abed of lettuce.
Fish Tacos
Grilled Tilapia, corn tortillas, topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, guacamole and salsa.
